Replace an existing Light or Accessory in your property, one hour of replacements will cost £75, (as a guide i would expect to be able to change 2x lighting accessories in 1x hour), but it depends on the quality of your pre-existing installation.

EICR - Electrical Installation Condition Report
Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is an in-depth inspection of your property's electrical systems and installation. A legal requirement for all rented properties (sometimes referred to as a landlord certificate) also frequently requested by property purchasers solicitors and legal team to enable the sale. This is the cost of a 1 Bed Flat, additional Bedroom / shed / garage etc £25 per room.

Home Office, Garage, or Garden Shed
Supply to a home office, garage, or garden shed. The cost of the new supply is dependent on the amount of power you require at the destination, the distance of cable required, the complexity of the cable route to get there and the amount of accessories (sockets & lights) you want installed. In our experience this is a good guide price for the projects we have completed to date. We can also install a data connection to your home office at the same time ensure you don’t have any connectivity issues.
